Customer stories

Real outcomes, published when they're real.

Customer stories live here. Right now, three pilot agencies are 30–60 days into Velora and we're collecting the metrics. We don't publish stories before the agency has signed off on the data — and we don't fabricate logos or paraphrase quotes that nobody actually said.

The page below shows the anatomy we use for every story: problem, what changed, measurable outcomes, real quote. The example column is illustrative — it's the shape future stories will follow, drawn from anonymized pilot data.

What every Velora customer story will include

We're committing to this shape so prospects know what to expect when stories ship — and so we hold ourselves to a standard that excludes vague testimonials.

01

Problem

What was broken before Velora?

Example shape

"We had 4 producers running outbound, but only 2 of them were consistent. Our reply rate sat under 2% and renewal-month cadences were a fire drill every October."

02

What changed

What was the specific thing Velora did?

Example shape

"Velora's Renewal Autopilot pulled every renewal in the next 90 days and built the cadence per producer. Reply detection routed hot replies into each producer's inbox. The bottom-half producers stopped under-prospecting because the queue was already there."

03

Outcomes (90 days)

What measurable change happened?

Example shape

Pipeline coverage: 45% → 83%. Booked meetings/producer/month: 1.8 → 4.4. Compliance escalations: 0 across 87 dispatches. Time saved per producer: ~3.5 hrs/week from reply-triage automation.

04

Quote

What's the producer's actual reaction?

Example shape

"It's the first outbound platform that reads like it was built by someone who's done a renewal cycle. The Form 5500 signal alone has paid for the platform twice over." — Sales leader at 8-producer agency

Editorial standards

What we don't do

  • No paraphrased quotes.Every quote is verbatim and approved in writing. If a producer says “the platform pays for itself,” that's the quote — we don't upgrade it to “Velora delivered transformative ROI from day one.”
  • No fabricated logos. Logos appear on this page only when the agency has signed off on logo use. The customer-logo strip on /platform/* pages is env-gated and stays empty until first 3 pilots close (set CUSTOMER_LOGOS_ENABLED=1).
  • No cherry-picked metrics. If reply rate went from 2.1% to 6.8% but booked-meeting count was flat because the agency had a producer on PTO, the story says both. Cherry-picking is how trust gets burned.
  • No anonymized stories presented as named ones.If we publish a metric without naming the agency, the page says “anonymized agency, 8 producers” — not a fake company name and a fake logo.
  • Updates when reality changes. If a customer churns or the metrics regress, we update the published story with a banner explaining the change. We don't silently delete stories that became inconvenient.

Want to be the first published story?

We're prioritizing pilot agencies who'll let us publish their outcomes when the data's ready. In exchange: dedicated implementation support, locked-in pilot pricing for 24 months, and a real seat at the roadmap table.
