No. Velora bolts onto HubSpot, Salesforce, or Atlas. Every send, reply, and call writes back to the record you already use. If you don't have a CRM, the built-in broker CRM is included.
A Producer seat goes live in under an hour: connect Gmail, upload a target list, launch a playbook. Agency bidirectional CRM sync adds 2-3 hours for OAuth + field mapping. Platform migration runs 2-4 weeks with a dedicated project manager.
TCPA-aware send windows and STOP handling are built in. 10DLC A2P registration is walked through on onboarding. We're actively working toward formal certifications (audit posture detailed under NDA) — we'll surface them on this page when they're real, not before.
