Velora Marketing / For
For solo brokers

Outbound that runs while you're in renewals.

You don't have a marketing person. Velora becomes one. Email, SMS, voicemail, and AI voice agents follow up on every prospect on a cadence — pause when they reply, escalate when intent is high, and book the meeting on your calendar. You stay in the high-value work.

What we hear

The job-to-be-done

You handle prospecting, quoting, enrollment, renewals, and service yourself. The work that doesn't happen in a given week is whatever you couldn't fit between client calls.

01

The list of "prospects to follow up with" never gets shorter

You add 5 names a week from a referral or a 5500 search. You follow up with 1. The other 4 sit in a spreadsheet that you'll get to next month, and next month, and next month.

02

You're the only voice the prospect has heard

Solo brokers can't realistically run a 9-touch cadence across email, SMS, and voice. Most settle for a single email and a call. Larger agencies run the same prospect through 9+ touches, and they win.

03

Renewals stop everything else

October–February you're heads-down on renewals. February–April is service. You have maybe 14 weeks of real prospecting capacity per year. The pipeline gap from the dark months is real.

How Velora maps

What you actually use

Velora ships seven channels and three intelligence engines. These are the ones solo brokers use most — and why.

AI voice agents

You can't make 200 cold dials a week. Velora's AI voice agent can — qualified, recorded, and the warm ones get scheduled directly on your calendar via Cal.com or your Atlas calendar.

Reply detection on every channel

Every email, SMS, and voicemail reply is read by AI. Interested replies surface in your inbox with a 1-line summary. Not-now replies are auto-snoozed to the right month. You never triage a reply.

Single playbook across all 7 channels

You set one playbook ("renewal-month outreach" or "5500 recovery") and it runs across email, SMS, ringless voicemail, AI voice, LinkedIn, and direct mail. One config, seven channels.

Form 5500 Signal Engine

Pulls every employer with 100+ enrolled lives in your state and gives you a daily list of who's renewing in 90 days. You stop guessing who to prospect.

Atlas CRM (or standalone)

If you don't have a CRM, Velora ships with Atlas — broker-native contacts, deals, renewals, and book-of-business reporting. If you already have HubSpot or Salesforce, Velora bolts on without migration.

Calendar booking that just works

Hot replies route to your calendar with the right meeting type. No Calendly link in your email signature. No back-and-forth. The prospect picks a slot, and you see them on your calendar.

Velora Marketing handles prospecting and outreach. Atlas CRM (free with Velora, or use HubSpot/Salesforce) handles contacts, deals, and renewal calendars. Cal.com handles booking. That's the whole stack.

Common objections

Things solo brokers say in the first call

Real questions from prospect calls. We answer them honestly here so you don't have to ask twice.

  • Is there an entry tier for solo brokers?

Yes. Solo brokers start at the Pilot tier — pricing is sized per book during our pilot cohort. The full 7-channel stack is unlocked; the cap is on monthly send volume. Contact us for pricing and most solo brokers pay it off with one new closed group.

  • I don't want AI calling my prospects pretending to be me

AI voice agents identify themselves as Velora calling on your behalf, and follow your state's TCPA disclosure preamble (TX SB 140, CA AB 2905, etc.). You set the script, you hear every recording, and the agent never claims to be you. The honest version converts better anyway.

  • I run my book on a notebook and a Google Sheet

That's fine. Atlas CRM imports a CSV and you're set up in 20 minutes. You can keep your Google Sheet as the source of truth and sync the relevant rows into Atlas — Atlas will respect that and stay reconciled. No forced migration.
