Slybroadcast (and Drop Cowboy as a side-by-side fallback) powers Velora's ringless voicemail channel. Brokers upload an audio file or paste a URL; Velora dispatches drops in batches against a target list and verifies callbacks against the original audio ID for attribution.
Webhooks fire when a drop completes, and the resulting status feeds the playbook engine — a callback can trigger a follow-up SMS, an AI voice dial, or a producer-assigned task. The voice-drop audio library lives in a per-agency Vercel Blob bucket so audio files don't leak across tenants.
